About Galleri Jewellers
Heading up by Michael Tran and Phillip Corelli, this family run business specialises in 18 carat gold and diamond jewellery, as well as jade, opal, pearls and famous designer fashion jewellery – operates two retail outlets in Hornsby and Parramatta.
The majority of Galleri’s jewellery is designed and made in-house, therefore cutting out the middle man, which Michael proudly explains, allows them to pass on the savings to their customers.
Galleri’s designers work closely with clients to make their vision a reality. After the initial consultation, a unique program called Jewel CAD is used to generate computer images of the piece and how it will look from all different angles and dimensions.
“Once our clients are totally satisfied, we have the piece made to the exact details as shown in the renderings”, says Michael. “This enables our customers to see exactly what they are getting”.
It is this attention to detail and quality of service, that has rewarded Galleri with a great reputation and loyal client base.
“Because we custom design the majority of our jewellery, our customers know that their piece is entirely unique to them. We believe jewellery is very personal and we take every care to help our clients make their decisions”, Michael says.
When asked what he believes is of the utmost importance when purchasing that special piece of jewellery, Michael’s professionalism shines through.
“We never try to close a sale. We believe our customers will make their decision once they are well informed and feel comfortable with who they are dealing with.
